Eli Curry

Eli Curry was raised on the Bass Coast learning to surf with his father, a keen surfer and Island surf school coach extraordinaire Simon Chipper.

Under Simon's guidance he developed the skills to pursue surfing all types of boards in the varying Island waves. His love for short boarding and longboarding alike, has seen Eli travel around the globe, including his much-loved Indonesia, Europe, the Americas and beyond. His position as a top level surf judge has allowed him widen his surfing horizons, and translate these experiences into his everyday surfing. Between his work in the local community, Eli is a qualified surf coach, and has represented Island Surfboards in a wide array of events.
